- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

International Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products, collections, or minimum order values during promotional periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email/SMS
- Tracking ID and courier details
You can track your package using the provided tracking link.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally happen due to:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Repeat Cult is not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately before your order is shipped.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails repeatedly, the package may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos/videos of the package
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email the proof along with your order number
We’ll review the issue and assist you accordingly.
International Customs & Duties
For international orders:
- Customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
